Role Summary

We are hiring Career Counsellors to conduct structured career counselling workshops and online guidance sessions for students.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct career guidance sessions for students Handle group counselling and selected one-on-one interactions Assist in interpreting assessment results and career recommendations Support follow-up online sessions for absent students Engage students through interactive and activity-based counselling
Required Skills

Strong communication and counselling skills Student engagement experience preferred Comfortable with classroom and online delivery Empathetic, motivating, and solution-oriented Basic digital literacy for online sessions
