Job description:-
Responsibilities:-Outbound Calls:
Initiate calls to prospective students to provide information about educational programs, courses, and benefits.
Inbound Inquiry Handling:
Answer incoming calls from interested individuals, addressing questions about course details,
fee structure, and the enrolment process.
Lead Management:
Follow up on leads, schedule appointments for admissions counsellors, and nurture potential
students through the inquiry process.
CRM Maintenance:
Accurately record and update customer information, call logs, and follow-up activities in the
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the company's latest educational offerings, courses, universities and
admission procedures to provide accurate information.
Sales & Enrolment Support:
Streamline the enrolment process, collecting required documents, managing the files and
contributing to achieving enrolment targets.
B. Qualifications & Skills
Education:
A graduate or equivalent is generally required, with a degree related field being a plus.
Experience:
Previous experience in a telecalling, customer service, or inside sales role, ideally within the
education sector, is advantageous.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to adapt communication style for different potential students are crucial.
