Job Description

-Handle incoming leads, calls, and walk-ins

-Conduct one-on-one counselling for students & parents regarding courses, fees, and career opportunities

-Explain course details for Makeup, Hair, Skin & Nails

-Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

-Maintain and update lead data, call records, and student information in CRM/Excel

-Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions

-Coordinate with trainers and management regarding batch availability

-Share fee structure, payment plans, and collect necessary documents

-Ensure excellent communication and customer experience

-Meet monthly admission targets

-Support during events, demos, workshops, and promotions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
