Career Counsellor

.

As a Student Career Counselor, you will provide guidance and support to students in exploring career options, making educational decisions, and preparing for the job market. You will work closely with students to help them understand their strengths, interests, and goals, and assist them in developing strategies for academic and career success.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

: Required in Counseling, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field.

Master's Degree

: Preferred or sometimes required, especially in Counseling, Higher Education, Career Counseling, or a related field. A Master's degree enhances expertise and may be necessary for licensure or certification.

Experience:

Counseling Experience

: Previous experience in career counseling, academic advising, or a related field is highly valued. Experience working with students or young adults is particularly beneficial.

Educational Setting Experience

: Experience working in educational institutions, such as schools, colleges, or universities, is advantageous.
Salary shall commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
