Career Counsellor
to guide students in making informed academic and career choices.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group career counselling sessions for middle and senior school students
Guide students on subject selection, stream choices, and post-school pathways (India & abroad)
Conduct career assessments, aptitude tests, and interest inventories
Organize career talks, university sessions, and parent orientation programs
Maintain student counselling records and progress reports
Eligibility Criteria:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a school environment
Prior experience with
ICSE or CBSE boards is mandatory
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
