We are looking for an energetic and motivated
Counselor
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for:
Counseling students about our technical and skill development courses (QAQC, NDT, Mechanical, etc.)
Managing inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Converting leads into admissions
Maintaining daily reports and follow-ups
Coordinating with the training and placement departments
Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Experience in course selling or student counseling
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
Graduation or equivalent qualification
