1. Will invite experts from different fields/experience to enlighten the students about the various career options available to them. 2. Will conduct events for Career development by inviting various Universities to showcase the courses being offered. 3. Co-ordinate the annual College Scholarship Programs 4. Will be responsible for the conduct and usage of Naviance and Common application portal. 5. To evaluate the aptitude and interest through questionaries. 6. To design a Career Counselling schedule for the academic year. 7. Will help and advice the students in preparing their resumes, applying to different Universities, and provide the necessary help/guidance/counselling to the students and the parents. 8. Take Career Guidance Classes and conduct workshops and presentations. 9. Provide representation in various university committees and university-wide events to enhance awareness and visibility of the CAREER COUNSELLING CELL. 10. Maintain College Placements and Alumni records 11. Disseminate employment and internship opportunities to students on a regularly 12. Give feedback on personal statements / essays that are written by students. (Occasionally) 13. Organize help for teachers to write recommendation letters for students for their college applications. 14. Organize professional/industrial visits for students. 15. Keep all matters confidential. Education Postgraduate in Sociology/Psychology/Education Certification In Career Counselling is preferred.
