The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the admission process, understanding their educational needs, and recommending suitable courses and programs. The role requires excellent communication, sales skills, and the ability to handle objections confidently while ensuring a positive experience for every inquiry.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents about the institute's courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career prospects.
Convert leads and inquiries into admissions through effective follow-up and persuasive communication.
Handle objections professionally and resolve queries to ensure smooth enrollment.
Maintain and update daily reports of calls, inquiries, and admissions.
Meet or exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students to encourage referrals and retention.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional events.
Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and open-house sessions to represent the institution.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all academic programs and training modules offered.
Provide feedback to management on student needs, trends, and market demands.
