We are hiring a Career Advisor / Career Counselor in Lucknow who will be responsible for providing career guidance to students and working professionals, understanding their profiles, recommending suitable courses, handling inquiries, follow-ups, and converting leads into enrollments. The role includes maintaining student and lead data on CRM and consistently achieving monthly counseling and conversion targets. Candidates with 1-4 years of experience in career counseling, education/EdTech sales, admissions, or student handling roles are preferred; however, freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply. Salary up to ?30,000 plus incentives. Location: Lucknow.
