Key Responsibilities:
Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, providing detailed information about courses and career outcomes.
Counsel students on course selection, eligibility, and learning pathways.
Convert leads into enrolments by effectively communicating the value of Australian Accounting & Taxation training.
Maintain and update student databases (CRM).
Follow up with prospective students to ensure smooth admission and onboarding.
Assist with scheduling batches and coordinating with trainers.
Build long-term relationships with students, providing ongoing support and resolving queries.
Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and promotional events when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or education sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in
Kannada, Hindi, and English
.
Ability to understand and explain educational content confidently.
Goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving admissions targets.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
Empathetic, approachable, and passionate about helping students succeed.
Desirable:
Experience in counselling for international or professional education programs.
