Roles & Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
to guide prospective students about available training courses
Provide
career counseling
and help leads choose the right course based on their goals
Convert leads received through
marketing campaigns, ads, and referrals
Achieve or exceed assigned
sales targets and KPIs
on a monthly basis
Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, ensuring
post-sale engagement and satisfaction
Prepare and execute
short-term and long-term sales strategies
to increase conversions
Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and updates in the CRM system
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews to stay aligned with business goals
Identify and leverage
referral opportunities
from the existing customer base
Ensure a high standard of
customer support and follow-up
