Key Responsibilities:

Guide students about

10th & 12th open schooling options

(NIOS / NWAC). Provide complete information about

distance and online degree programs

offered by universities. Understand students' academic background and suggest the

best suitable course

. Assist students in

admission procedures

, documentation, form-filling & verification. Handle walk-in and online enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram & Email. Maintain daily follow-up with prospective students and close admissions. Counsel parents regarding board validity, exam patterns, and future opportunities. Maintain records of student admission data and follow up for payments. Explain course details for higher education such as

MBBS, Nursing, Engineering, Management, Paramedical, and more

. Provide

career guidance & support

to help students choose the right path.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred). Ability to guide and counsel students confidently. Basic knowledge of

NIOS, NWAC, Distance/Online Education

(training will be provided). Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, and online communication. Good convincing ability and a student-friendly approach. Graduate / Undergraduate with counselling experience preferred.
