Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential IT candidates and guide them on suitable career opportunities with our US clients.
Review resumes and conduct preliminary discussions to understand candidates' skills, experience, and job expectations.
Support senior counsellors and account managers in meeting client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and internal teams.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in internal systems.
Learn and apply basic US hiring concepts such as
W2, C2C, 1099
, and work authorizations.
Achieve daily/weekly sourcing and candidate engagement targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Preferably
1 year of experience
in US staffing, recruitment, or candidate counselling.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work in
US shifts

Basic knowledge of US hiring terms and work visas (preferred).
