To be a Bridge between Japanese companies and Indian Engineering colleges, provide placement event assistance at college premises/Virtual mode and support Indian students, create awareness about Japan / Japanese culture.
We, Diversity division of Zenken, have successfully placed 500+ students from 2018 to till date through Top Engineering colleges in India, Especially in Bangalore. We plan to recruit and support more than 1000 Engineering students every year by creating awareness about Opportunities available in Japan, creating a platform for students to apply for Japanese companies in more numbers, Support them to get placed and Teach Japanese language/culture before they go to Japan.
In order to expand this project we are looking for a candidate who is passionately looking to work in Human Resource industry with passion and who matches our Vision "??????????" / "Creating a future not yet imagined"
Job Role and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct the recruitment process events in India.???????????????
2. Bridge the gap between the Diversity department and Indian College within Zenken, helping both sides understand the content of each group's works. ???????????????????????????????
3. Understand the workings and intents of the Diversity department.?????????????
4. Run Japan Career Center related operations.?????????????????????????
5. Support the students who want to work in Japan and students placed in Japanese companies. ???????????????????????????????????
6. Establish and maintain positive and long term relations between Zenken and Engineering Colleges.?????????????
7. University Curriculum/statistics Research.???????
8. Teach Japanese culture to the students.??????????????
9. To Initiate new business models as per market standards. ????????????????
Japan visited experience : ???????????? (Not mandatory)
Japanese Language : Conversation Level ????????????? (JLPT N2 Prefered, N3 with good communication Skills)
Experience to work in Japanese company at least 2 years : ?????2?????????To have strong interest in Japan
