Responsibilities
- Conduct career counseling sessions to assess clients' strengths, interests, and aspirations.
- Develop personalized career plans, including resume building, interview prep, and skill development.
- Provide guidance on career transitions, job search strategies, and industry trends.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training programs on career-related topics.
- Collaborate with industry experts, HR professionals, and educational institutions.
