Basic understanding of recruitment processes (full training will be provided). Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and staffing needs. Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referral channels. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
