Role Overview

We are seeking a

Career Analyst cum Psychologist

to guide students and professionals in identifying their strengths, interests, and ideal career paths. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of psychological expertise, analytical ability, and counseling proficiency to help individuals make confident and informed career decisions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct career assessments, aptitude tests, and personality evaluations to understand individual profiles. Provide personalized career guidance and counseling to students and working professionals. Interpret psychometric test results and prepare detailed career analysis reports. Facilitate one-on-one and group counseling sessions (in-person and online). Collaborate with schools, colleges, and organizations to conduct workshops and awareness programs. Stay updated on emerging career trends, evolving professions, and educational opportunities. Maintain confidentiality, ethical standards, and accurate counseling records. Utilize digital tools and analytics for career mapping, testing, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Master's degree in

, or a related field. Certification or formal training in

Career Counseling

Psychometric Testing

(preferred). Proficiency with psychometric tools (e.g., MBTI, Holland Codes, DMIT, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and interpretation skills with the ability to present findings clearly. Empathetic, ethical, and professional approach to counseling. Competence in using digital platforms for assessments and online sessions.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Prior experience in academic or career counseling. Understanding of global and Indian education systems, university programs, and job market trends. Ability to conduct engaging presentations, workshops, and webinars on career-related topics.
