Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Career Advisory Executive

to join our Counselling Department. As a Career Advisory Executive, you will play a key role in lead follow-ups, building customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound calls for IT training inquiries. Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, and partner networks. Provide accurate information on training programs, schedules, and placement opportunities. Record all call interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Google Sheets. Coordinate with counseling and placement teams for seamless student handover. Share insights on lead quality and campaign outcomes with the concerned department. Maintain professionalism and courtesy during every interaction. Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets as defined by the Operations Manager.

Requirements :

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities. Good listening and objection-handling skills. Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. Goal-oriented attitude with commitment to targets.
