Location: Visnagar, Gujarat (Onsite)

Salary: ?15,000 - ?35,000 per month + 15% Incentive

Experience: 1-3 years in Staffing/Recruiting or Sales

Shifts: Night Shift USA Time Zone (7:30PM to 4:30AM)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Career Advisor with strong experience in sales. The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of U.S. work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.), excellent communication skills, and strong convincing power. You will be responsible for helping candidates choose the right career path while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Engage and counsel candidates on career opportunities and job paths.

Promote company services and convert leads using strong sales and negotiation skills.

Explain U.S. visa categories and guide candidates through eligibility requirements.

Maintain strong relationships with candidates.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for sales.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.

Knowledge of U.S. visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, etc.).

Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Self-driven, confident, and energetic.
