Accounts Head



Location - CBD Belapur



Experience - 2-3 Yrs



We are looking for a CAwith

2-3 years of experience in the real estate industry



Key Responsibilities:



Financial Operations:

Manage full sets of accounts, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, general ledger, and journal entries.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare financial statements, management reports (MIS), budgets, forecasts, and analyze variances (Budget vs. Actual) for properties and projects.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to RERA, GST, TDS, and other real estate accounting standards; manage tax filings and external audits.

Project Accounting:

Oversee project-wise cost sheets, Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports, and financial aspects of property sales/acquisitions.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts department to ensure timely financial closures.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, investors, property managers, and senior management.

System & Process:

Implement financial policies, maintain documentation, and utilize accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.).

Key Qualifications:



Education:

CA, or CMA.

Experience:

Proven experience in

real estate/construction accounting

, with knowledge of

RERA, GST

, project costing, and revenue recognition.

Skills:

Strong leadership, analytical, Excel, problem-solving, communication, and expertise in accounting software.

Pay: ?90,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
