Education 12th / graduation

Experience - 5 years

Required Competencies/Skills:

Child safety awareness, Empathy, Understand the needs, Caring, Supportive, Positive behaviour, Ability to follow ST. Jude rules, schedules, and instructions.

Perk & facilities - The nanny will be required to stay at the Centre 24x7, for which a 1BHK accommodation will be provided.

Salary: ₹20,000 per month Leave: 6 days per month, along with annual leave and other company benefits.
We are specifically looking for a

reliable and experienced nanny who has prior childcare experience

.

Responsibilities-

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in children's living and play areas.

Provide emotional support and comfort to children when needed.

Coordinate with mothers and staff to ensure children's well-being.

Monitor children's behaviour and report observations to Centre staff.

Respect the confidentiality and dignity of families.

Cooperate with guardians to help create a positive environment.

Support the activity teacher during scheduled activities.

Carry out any additional tasks as instructed by Centre staff.
