Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
Support clients in adhering to treatment plans, including medication schedules and therapy appointments.
Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with mental health conditions.
Monitor clients for behavioral changes, distress, or crisis situations and report to clinical staff promptly.
Accompany clients to medical or social service appointments when required.
Support clients in developing life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and money management.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment at the community psychiatry centre or during home visits.
Participate in therapeutic and recreational activities as guided by clinical staff.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the dignity and rights of all clients.
* Collaborate with mental health professionals and community workers as part of a multidisciplinary team.
