Answer and manage incoming phone calls

Maintain and update
appointment logs, patient records, and reports
as needed.
Demonstrate
excellent communication skills
in English and Kannada, both verbal and written.
Exhibit strong
center management skills

Use
basic computer applications
confidently for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
