We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations to ensure all departments function efficiently, maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Client Care Coordination: Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and communication to optimize healthcare delivery.
Customer Service & Patient Support: Act as the primary point of contact for guests and patients, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality service.
Staff Supervision & Management: Guide and support staff, conduct briefings, manage performance, and handle disciplinary matters as needed.
Call Centre Operations: Oversee call center activities, monitor performance metrics, train staff, and ensure effective call handling.
Administrative & Reporting Duties: Prepare shift reports, track patient appointments, manage cash handling, and maintain necessary inventory and resources.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, conduct safety audits, provide necessary training, and uphold company policies.
Technology & Systems Management: Maintain electronic medical records (EMR), scheduling software, and call center systems to ensure operational efficiency.
Inpatient Care Supervision: Oversee medical care delivery, coordinate with healthcare teams, support patients and families, and manage hospital resources.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Address operational inefficiencies, make informed decisions during crises, and implement improvements for enhanced service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum Experience: 1 year in a psychiatric care setting.
Education: Relevant qualification in social work or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism.
