Role & responsibilities Cardiology Department has a primary role in conducting tests of TMT, ECG, Holter, PFT and ECHO and maintenance of their department. Responsibility at various levels within the Department is as follows:

Setting up Testing Department Receiving of Inventory in the System Proper Functioning of Equipment's Maintaining Departmental Record of Cleaning/House Keeping Calling of Patient Comparing the Test Requisition in System with that of Prescription Consent Form Signing wherever required Preparing the Patient for Test/ Explaining the procedure in brief Marking Completion of Test in the system and patients Slip Making Report in LIM and approval by Reporting Consultant Printing of Labels/Film/Graphs and packing Forwarding of Report to Reception and Acknowledgement Inform Maintenance in case of Machine breakdown/or any other maintenance issues
