About the Role:
We are actively seeking dedicated and skilled Cardiologists (both Junior and Senior levels) to join our team at leading multi- and super-specialty hospitals across Junagadh, Durgapur, and Guwahati. The ideal candidates will hold a DM in Cardiology and possess a strong clinical acumen, patient-first attitude, and the ability to deliver comprehensive cardiac care. This is a dynamic opportunity for professionals passionate about treating cardiovascular diseases and committed to improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care and Diagnosis:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests like ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, Holter monitoring, angiograms, and other cardiac investigations.
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of cardiac conditions such as coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, heart failure, valvular heart disease, congenital heart defects, and hypertension.
  • Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, including medical therapy, interventional procedures, and lifestyle recommendations.
Interventional and Non-Invasive Cardiology:
  • For interventional cardiologists: perform procedures such as angioplasty, stenting, cardiac catheterizations, and other minimally invasive techniques with precision and adherence to best practices.
  • For clinical cardiologists: monitor and manage chronic cardiac conditions through non-invasive means, utilizing a holistic and preventive care approach.
Emergency Cardiac Care:
  • Respond promptly to cardiac emergencies, including acute coronary syndrome, cardiac arrest, and heart failure episodes.
  • Collaborate with critical care teams and other specialists for optimal patient management in emergency and ICU settings.
Patient Education and Support:
  • Educate patients and their families about cardiac health, treatment plans, medications, and preventive strategies.
  • Promote heart-healthy habits and lifestyle interventions through counseling and follow-up care.
Team Collaboration and Multidisciplinary Support:
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, surgeons, nurses, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless cardiac care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and contribute to continuous care improvement initiatives.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, diagnostic findings, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with hospital standards.
  • Contribute to hospital audits, quality checks, and case reviews for enhanced patient safety and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • DM in Cardiology from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-DM experience in cardiology, including diagnosis, treatment, and cardiac emergencies.
  • Proficiency in performing and interpreting advanced cardiac diagnostics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced hospital environment.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience in multi-specialty or tertiary care hospitals.
  • Competence in both clinical and interventional cardiology is an advantage.
  • Willingness to take part in continuous medical education, research, and teaching activities.
