Ability to manage emergency cardiac cases (MI, arrhythmias, cardiac arrest)

Roles & ResponsibilitiesClinical Care
Diagnose and manage heart-related diseases: CAD, hypertension, arrhythmias, heart failure, valvular disorders, etc.
Provide OPD and IPD cardiac consultations
Interpret cardiac diagnostics such as ECG, 2D Echo, Stress Tests, Holter Monitoring
Procedures
(as per specialization)
Assist or perform cardiac procedures: angiography, angioplasty, pacemaker implantation (if experienced)
Pre- and post-procedure patient management
Emergency Care
Attend cardiac emergencies in ER or ICU
Manage acute coronary syndromes and life-threatening cardiac conditions
Patient Education & Follow-Up
Counsel patients regarding risk factors, lifestyle changes, medications, and long-term cardiac care
Conduct periodic follow-up and monitor treatment progress
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate medical records
Follow clinical protocols, safety standards, and hospital guidelines
Participate in medical audits and quality improvement activities
