Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgeon (CTVS) needed for a hospital in Surat, Gujarat-395011- Position: Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgeon- Location : Surat, Gujarat- No. of Posts: 01- Salary: 3,00,000 per month (plus performance- based incentives)Key Responsibilities- Perform complex surgical procedures involving the heart, lungs, esophagus, and major blood vessels.- Diagnose and treat conditions such as coronary artery disease, congenital heart defects, thoracic tumors, and vascular disorders.- Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.- Conduct pre- operative and post- operative patient evaluations.- Ensure adherence to surgical protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.- Participate in academic teaching, training of residents, and clinical research activities.Qualifications & Requirements- MS/DNB in General Surgery followed by MCh/DNB in Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgery (recognized by NMC).- Valid medical registration/license.- Minimum 3- 5 years of post- specialization experience preferred.- Strong surgical skills, decision- making ability, and patient- centered approach.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
