Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgeon (CTVS) needed for a hospital in Surat, Gujarat-395011
Position: Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgeon
Location : Sura, Gujarat
No. of Posts: 01
Salary: ₹3,00,000 per month (plus performance?based incentives)
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex surgical procedures involving the heart, lungs, esophagus, and major blood vessels.
Diagnose and treat conditions such as coronary artery disease, congenital heart defects, thoracic tumors, and vascular disorders.
Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.
Conduct pre?operative and post?operative patient evaluations.
Ensure adherence to surgical protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
Participate in academic teaching, training of residents, and clinical research activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
MS/DNB in General Surgery followed by MCh/DNB in Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgery (recognized by NMC).
Valid medical registration/license.
Minimum 3-5 years of post?specialization experience preferred.
Strong surgical skills, decision?making ability, and patient?centered approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
