Job Description

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as Machine Operator Previous Experience in Non woven Carding Machine is preferred Spinning Carding Machine also preferred Should be from Mechanical related background 8 hours Rotational Shift

(8am - 4pm, 4pm to 12am, 12am to 8am)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operate and Monitor Machine to ensure effective prodution. To monitor the product quality and follow safety standards to maintain a clean and efficient work environment. Inspect raw material and finished product for quality assurance. To set line and process the parameter for different product. Each product process should be recorded. Report equipment issues and production delay to the supervisors. Check the quality of finished products in the respective shift and hold the materials in case of Nonconforming quality. To check,verify and sign the production log sheet and box filling record. Ensure the recycling of waste ( side cuttings, scraps machine droppings ) and waste recovering from sweepings, bale wrappers, machine droppings. Provide training to employees regarding the machine safety

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
