Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day farm activities for

Cardman Farm

. Monitor crop growth, field conditions, and pest/disease issues. Guide workers on planting, fertilizing, irrigation, pruning, and harvesting operations. Maintain farm equipment and ensure timely repairs. Prepare daily/weekly reports on farm operations. Ensure proper usage of fertilizers, pesticides, and other inputs. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the farm. Work closely with management to plan schedules, crop cycles, and labor requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in agriculture or farm supervision. Basic knowledge of crop management, irrigation, and farm machinery. Ability to supervise labor and manage field operations efficiently. Physically fit and willing to work on-field.
