The Car Washer is responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This role involves washing, vacuuming, polishing, and performing basic maintenance checks.
Key Responsibilities
Wash and dry vehicle exteriors using appropriate tools and cleaning agents.
Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and mats.
Clean windows, mirrors, dashboards, and other interior surfaces.
Apply wax and polishes to enhance vehicle appearance.
Inspect vehicles before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
Report any vehicle damage or issues to supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Follow company safety procedures and guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous car washing or auto detailing experience (an advantage but not required).
Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment
Outdoor and indoor settings depending on facility.
May require weekend or holiday availability.
