Job Description

The Car Wash Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards for service, safety, and efficiency. This role involves staff management, equipment oversight, inventory control, and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise, coach, and evaluate car wash attendants and staff Oversee scheduling, attendance, and payroll reporting Ensure safe and effective operation of all car wash equipment; coordinate
maintenance and repairs.

Monitor and order supplies, ensuring correct storage and use of chemicals Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Support sales initiatives and promote premium wash services Conduct daily inspections to maintain cleanliness and operational standards Report operational issues and staff performance to management Supervise and train undercoating technicians to ensure proper procedures and
safety protocols are followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
