Key Responsibilities:
Guest Transportation:
Drive guests to and from their vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Luggage Handling:
Assist guests with their luggage, loading and unloading it from vehicles.
Customer Service:
Provide a warm and welcoming greeting, address guest inquiries, and offer information about hotel services and amenities.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Conduct regular vehicle inspections, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
Logistics:
Assist with other logistical tasks as needed, such as making deliveries or managing small items.
Safety:
Adhere to traffic regulations and prioritize the safety of guests and the vehicle.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of trips and any incidents that occur.
