Job Description

4-Wheeler Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, brake inspections, tyre rotation, etc. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment. Carry out repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, AC systems, suspension, and other vehicle components. Conduct test drives to ensure all issues have been resolved accurately. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and service notes. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and follows safety regulations. Assist junior technicians and share technical knowledge when required. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment. Coordinate with the service advisor regarding vehicle issues, repair updates, and work completion.

Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent qualification. Experience as a Car / 4-Wheeler Technician (Freshers can be considered for trainee roles). Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components. Ability to use diagnostic tools and workshop machinery efficiently. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
