Conduct
pre-delivery inspections (PDI)
and ensure vehicles meet dealership quality standards.
Mentor and guide junior technicians, ensuring proper workflow and adherence to workshop processes.
Coordinate with
service advisors
to provide accurate job estimates, repair explanations, and technical support.
Ensure compliance with
OEM repair guidelines, dealership SOPs, and safety protocols
.
Maintain complete and accurate job cards, repair notes, and technical documentation.
Participate in regular OEM training programs and stay updated on new vehicle technologies and repair procedures.
Requirements
6+ years of experience
as a Technician or Master Technician in a
car dealership workshop or authorized service center
.
Strong expertise in automotive systems such as
engine, electrical, transmission, suspension, braking, and diagnostics
.
Proficiency in using dealership diagnostic tools and advanced automotive equipment.
ITI/Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
Ability to maintain high quality standards and deliver accurate repairs within timelines.
