Welcome customers and understand their vehicle issues or service needs.
Prepare job cards and explain the service or repair work to customers.
Coordinate with technicians for vehicle servicing and repairs.
Keep customers informed about the status and cost of their vehicle.
Check quality after service and ensure timely delivery.
Handle customer complaints politely and provide quick solutions.
Maintain service records and follow-up for next service reminders.
Required Skills:
Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic technical knowledge of cars
Computer knowledge (DMS/Dealer Management System)
Problem-solving and time management
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum: Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Automobile or Mechanical preferred)
Experience: 1-3 years in automobile service (freshers can also apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
