Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and conduct initial vehicle inspections/test drives.
Document customer issues for technicians; consult with mechanics to determine necessary repairs and identify potential cost savings or warranty options.
Prepare detailed repair orders with labor/part estimates, establish promised repair times, and schedule appointments.
Act as the liaison, providing timely updates, explaining repair plans and costs, and handling complaints professionally.
Work with technicians, parts department, and management to ensure efficient workflow.
Upsell additional services/products, process payments, and follow up with customers post-service.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Good understanding of automotive technology.
Proficiency with industry software and administrative tasks.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
