Job Description

Customer Interaction

- Greet customers, understand their vehicle issues/requirements, and provide professional advice on service needs.

Job Estimation & Booking

- Prepare accurate job cards, estimate repair/service costs, and schedule service appointments.

Coordination with Workshop

- Communicate customer concerns to technicians, monitor job progress, and ensure timely completion of service.

Service Updates & Delivery

- Keep customers informed about repair status, additional work required, and ensure smooth delivery of serviced vehicles.

Customer Satisfaction & Upselling

- Ensure high customer satisfaction, handle complaints effectively, and promote value-added services or accessories.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
