Key Responsibilities

Attend customers and understand vehicle service / repair requirements Prepare job cards, explain repair estimates, and obtain customer approval Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams for timely service delivery Keep customers informed about service progress and timelines Ensure quality checks and first-time fix completion Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related follow-ups Promote value-added services and upselling where applicable Maintain accurate records in DMS and ensure compliance with OEM standards

Key Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a car showroom / dealership Strong knowledge of automobile service processes and customer handling Familiarity with DMS, job cards, and OEM service standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
