Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements
Create job cards and clearly explain service processes, timelines, and costs
Coordinate with technicians for accurate diagnosis and timely service completion
Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status and additional work
Ensure accurate billing and explain invoices to customers
Handle customer concerns and ensure quick resolution
Promote value-added services and service packages
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (Automobile preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience
as a Service Advisor in a car dealership or authorized service center
Good knowledge of automobile service processes and vehicle systems
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Skills Required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-centric approach
Basic technical understanding of cars
Computer proficiency (DMS, MS Excel)
Ability to manage multiple customers efficiently
