Customer interaction and sales

Greet and assist customers

: Welcome potential buyers as they enter the showroom and provide a high level of service.

Assess needs

: Understand and identify customer requirements, budget, and preferences to recommend the right vehicle.

Present and demonstrate vehicles

: Explain the features and benefits of different car models and conduct test drives.

Negotiate and close deals

: Negotiate prices and financing options, and guide customers through the final transaction process.

Build relationships

: Follow up with customers to foster relationships and secure future sales.
Sales management and support

Achieve sales targets

: Work to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Handle paperwork

: Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and financing agreements.

Maintain product knowledge

: Stay up-to-date on current products, new models, and competitor offerings.

Manage leads and follow-up

: Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up on leads.

Contribute to showroom maintenance

: Help keep the showroom clean and organized.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹24,021.90 per month
