Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for promotional strategies
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Valid driver's license (if field visits are required)
