Used Car Sales Manager (TVM)
to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. This individual will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing inventory, leading a sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive sales, team leadership, and used car valuation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:
Lead and motivate the used car sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and processes to increase vehicle turnover.
Ensure all sales staff provide outstanding customer service and follow proper sales procedures.
Inventory Control:
Source, appraise, price, and manage pre-owned vehicle inventory effectively.
Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing and optimal stock levels.
Oversee reconditioning process to ensure vehicles meet lot-ready standards.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and coach sales team members to perform at high levels.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
Foster a culture of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
