Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greeting customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and presenting suitable vehicle options.

Product Knowledge:

Maintaining in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and competitive models.

Sales Process:

Guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal, including test drives and negotiation.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.

Paperwork & Documentation:

Preparing and processing sales contracts, finance agreements, and other necessary paperwork.

Meeting Sales Targets:

Achieving individual and team sales targets as set by the dealership.

Maintaining Showroom:

Ensuring the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and organized, and assisting with displays.

Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of industry trends, new vehicle models, and sales strategies.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with other sales executives, managers, and finance personnel to achieve sales goals.

Lead Generation:

Generating new sales leads through various channels and following up on existing leads.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?23,000.00 per month
