Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assess their vehicle requirements and budget
Explain car features, specifications, pricing, and available finance options
Arrange and conduct test drives and product demonstrations
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and regular follow-ups
Negotiate pricing and successfully close sales
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and vehicle registration teams
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure post-sale follow-ups
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership growth
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation preferred (any discipline)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Car Sales Consultant or Automobile Sales Executive
Good knowledge of car models, variants, and competitor offerings
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
