Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
Conduct test drives and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Prepare quotations, handle negotiations, and close sales effectively.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat sales.
Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for smooth vehicle delivery.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of financing, insurance, and car loan processes.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler license (four-wheeler license preferred).
