Job Description

A car sales executive's primary job is to sell vehicles by assisting customers through the entire buying process, from initial contact to the final sale. This involves understanding customer needs, explaining vehicle features, arranging test drives, handling paperwork, negotiating prices, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and build relationships. They must also stay knowledgeable about current products and sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Key responsibilities

Customer interaction:

Greet customers, determine their needs and budget, and provide expert advice on available vehicle options.

Product knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all vehicle models, features, specifications, and accessories to answer questions accurately.

Sales process management:

Conduct test drives, negotiate final prices, and guide customers through the sales process, including handling paperwork.

Relationship building:

Follow up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction, build rapport, and generate repeat and referral business.

Sales target achievement:

Work to meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals by managing leads, developing a prospect pipeline, and participating in sales meetings.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
