As a Sales Executive at Cresco Maruti Suzuki, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Maruti Suzuki's range of vehicles (Arena & Nexa) by providing excellent customer service, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential customers visiting the showroom and through field activities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
Explain financing options, insurance, and accessories to customers.
Maintain follow-ups with prospective customers and ensure timely closure of sales.
Meet monthly sales targets as per company standards.
Ensure proper documentation for vehicle sales, loans, and insurance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat sales.
Keep up-to-date knowledge about Maruti Suzuki's product range, features, and competitor offerings.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification:
Graduate / Diploma / +2 with relevant experience
.
Experience:
0-3 years (freshers with passion for sales are welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Passion for automobiles and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
