The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, generating qualified leads, converting prospects into customers, and supporting field sales with lead nurturing. The role demands strong communication skills, an interest in automotive products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, etc.) and convert them into sales.
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, distributors, and detailing studio owners to pitch Mars Car Care products and services.
Explain product features, pricing, and promotions effectively to customers.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and upsell/cross-sell relevant products.
Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, follow-ups, conversions, payments, etc.).
Coordinate with operations/logistics for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
Work closely with marketing to execute lead generation campaigns and promotions.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Gather market feedback and share insights with management.
